Medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers with no legal presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) must appoint a Saudi Authorized Representative (medical devices) or an authorized Agent (drugs). In addition to distribution, billing, collections, and other on-the-ground support functions, as a KSA Authorized Representative/Agent, AlwanMed serves as a liaison between a number of global manufacturers and the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA), the country’s medical device and pharmaceuticals regulator
